Onion
Jasmine Rice
Instructions
Add
1 Tbsp Oil
and
2-3 Tbsp Curry Paste
to a pan and heat up. I like it with more curry paste.
Add fat off the top of the can of coconut creme and let simmer for 10 minutes or until the oil slick appears
Add chicken tenderloin cup and
1 Palm Sugar
... Simmer 10 minutes
Add rest of coconut creme can and
1/4 Can Water
Add 1 tsp Fish oil
Add Potatoes, Onion, and Carrots... Cook until Veggies are soft
Serve over Jasmine Rice
